can i add Shortcodes Ultimate to a custom template?

    Some days ago I tried to add Shortcodes Ultimate to my template to arrange it in a simpler way than pure HTML, and add some subtle animation. At that moment I was sure everything was working fine, but now I see that all third-parties shortcodes are not rendered, they just appear as plain text.

    Is there a way to add support to third party shortcodes, maybe with a custom PHP function or other ways?
