Can I add the Entry ID to the email notification

  • 1. I would like to add the Entry ID to the email notification and the confirmation message that appears on the screen. Is this possible? The reason for this is because the person that completed the form must make a payment and use that Entry ID as their reference number.

    2. Is there a way to add the last name to the confirmation message and the email notification that gets sent. I would like to put the Entry ID and the Last Name next to each other to create a Reference Number for the person.

    Or is there a form element that can create a unique reference number for each person by combining the Entry ID and another form element?

    Thanks fort that.

    Just two questions:

    1. After going live with my site I had a couple of entries on my form which did not get emailed to me. Now I’ve managed to sort out the email problem and new entries are being emailed, but is there a way to email the existing entries to myself so that I can keep that as a backup?

    2. Is it possible to change the print layout so that an entry is only printed on one page instead of two?

    Hi Matthew

    Now the form is not emailing anymore. I’m really having trouble with this emailing option. We don’t have an email address set up on the live domain https://route62rally.co.za. We are using a gmail email address. Does this matter?

    I have the same concern need to specify a reference id for each user who is filling up a form and store it in the database.
