Can I add the form to the registration page?

I’ve got the signup widget up and running and that’s great, but is there a way to integrate the form into the registration page, so the user can join the mailing list at the same time they become a member (user) of my site?

If so, could someone possibly have a quick look at my site and tell me where to insert the code?
