Can I adopt "Real IP" plugin?

I’m wondering whether I could adopt the Real IP and keep it up-to-date. I’m using it currently and have made a couple minor changes (it’s a really simple plugin anyways). But it would be helpful for the community if it was refreshed and kept up to date.
Yejun, would you be willing to let me adopt it?
