Can I alter the ingredient link to link to a product page?

Hello. I see in the demo that the item in the ingredients list link to taxonomy pages of other recipes that also include that ingredient. Instead, I would like certain ingredients (branded products) to link to product pages on the website I’m building. Is that possible?
