Can I Be Notified When A Membership Expires?

Is it possible to be notified when a membership expires? I have one membership that seems to expire randomly for no apparent reason. I receive her money every month, but often when I am checking something else I will see that I have an expired membership, and it’s the same one each time.

Is it possible to be notified when a membership expires or becomes inactive?
