    I plan on building a new website with WordPress and transfering my domian from comast to Bluehost and want to minimize my downtime on my website. Can I build my new website using WordPress and then transfer my domain?

    I have decided to keep my domain name at Comcast. I am ready to move my www.ads-software.com site from XAMPP to Blue host and am having trouble. Do you have directions on how to do this?
