Can I build website, not blog

    I installes, and realised wordpress is a blog.
    I just need website.
    I need to remove the blogs, the seach textbox, archive and toolbox.
    is it possibe

    Yep, just edit the template to do it. There are many websites that uses WordPress just as a CMS rather than a blog.
