Can I cache for logged in users only?

On my website the home page is the only thing anyone can see without logging in. So as long as the home page isn’t cached is it okay to do some object caching for logged in users and still use a country blocker?
Also, am I right in thinking browser caching wouldn’t be a problem?

Hi, would a plugin like this one : https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/speed-up-browser-caching/ be OK with your plugin ?
