I have text that I want to link an gif explainer to come up in a lightbox. Can I use Jetpack for this and apply a rel or class to the link?
    Thanks!

    Ciao @maestraweb,

I am not sure if I got that right, so let me reword it below and you can tell me if that sounds what you want to do.

You’d like to create a Jetpack carousel that displays a gif image. This image would have some text as a caption explaining the content of the gif.

    Is that right?

No. Sorry my question wasn’t clear.
I have text on the page eg: “Click here to see explainer gif” and I want the text to have a link when clicked to open a carousel image with the gif.

    Hi @maestraweb

That isn’t an official feature of the Carousel, but there’s a post here that sounds like it does what you need, so you might want to give that a try:

    Hope that helps!
