Can I change “Approval Required” to NO only for certain events?

Hey everyone,

I’m making a website for a few different owners of historical locations so you can book a tour with them. I would love to use Event Manager Pro, but I’m at a loss if I’ll be able to do certain things:

Event Type 1: the owners will be creating their own events and there will be no need for an administrator approval when a user makes a booking. The user can just book a ticket and go to the payment automatically.

Event Type 2: I will be creating the event myself for the less tech-savvy owners. Here approval will be required, because I’ll need to check back with the owners if they are okay with the booking.

Is this possible to do?

Bonus questions:
– Can I send an automated e-mail when the users book or pay for their booking to a custom e-mail address per event? (e.g.: “Owner of Specific Castle, there is a pending booking”, or “Owner of a Castle, the booking has gone through and “xx” money will be send to you shortly.”)
