Can I change file names before going live ?

Hi

I’m building a site for a group of people who have not yet finalized their company name & domain name. I want to get on with the job but I am concerned that when they tell me the final company name and domain name that changing the folder names will break the site.

I use Dreamweaver CS5 which will allow you to change file names and it should update the links, but when I tried it in the past things broke.

any advice is very welcome.
