Can I change the default value?

    The standard/default value of the slider is in the middle of te slider, correct?

    Is it possible to change the default value of the slider?

    You can set the default value for a single slider under the Advanced Tab. At the moment, there is not a way override the general default value for sliders that don’t have an explicit default value set.
