Can I change the destination page of the Jetpack subscription confirmation link?

I have installed Jetpack Blog Subscription widget on my site. I am pleased with it so far but one thing is bugging me. My subscribers get an email containing a confirmation link to activate their subscription. The link takes them to the WordPress subscription page which I feel will confuse my elderly subscribers i.e. being taken to a page they are unfamiliar with. Is there some way they could get taken to my site instead and see a ‘You’ve successfully subscribed’ message?
