Can I change the font? If not, what is the font so I can match it?

I’m worried this is going to be really obvious but I am a novice! Does anyone know how I would change the font, or if it is set, what is the default font as I’d like to match it in Photoshop but am rubbish at being able to tell these things. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
