Can I change the link?

I’d like the details button to go to another page I’ve created. So for example, the IX systems details button goes to: https://146.66.113.175/~techgard/portfolio/ix-systems/ but I’d like it to go to: https://146.66.113.175/~techgard/ix-storage/
Is that possible? Thanks.
