Can I change the numer the columns?

The problem is that: whenever I got 12+ characters, it moves the other letters down. :/

There’s also a bug that it doesn’t show the images at all :/

I found the bug why is the picture isn’t showing.

The upload picture must not have spaces on it.

Example:
Nyu Katsu.jpg = Not Working
NyuKatsu.jpg= Working.

You can decrease the font size of the name
in easy-team-manager/css/style.css
.team_profile_ttl h3{ font-size: whatever you want;}

You should change the css width % to something smaller if you want more columns and larger if you want less columns.

So for example, if you want 5 members across (or 5 columns):
.team_member_wrap{width:18%; float:left; margin-left:1.6%; margin-top:20px; margin-bottom:30px;}
