Can i combine this plug in with WP Super Cache?

I was curious about your plug in to reduce HTTP requests i have a 94% on PageSpeed but only 77% on YSlow and one of the main things was make fewer Http Requests. I am using WP Super Cache and like the functionality of that plug in (plus it is not as intrusive as W3Total Cache) .. is this plug in compatible with Super Cache or is it just another caching plug in that would be instead of using SC.
