Can I create a Custom orders loop with pagination?

Hello! I have searched the web on this topic, but have not found an answer. We want to create a custom ordering system with woocommerce. I need to create by considering two different options. 1) Using the default woocommerce order loop but giving users permission to see all orders, or 2) create my own loop that only certain user roles can see.
For now, try option 2 and I have the custom loop functional but I have not been able to add pagination or enable a filter search engine.
I was writing here in case someone knew how to paginate the custom order loop with the WC_Order_Query. I tried many times to paginate it and I didn’t succeed, or if someone knows how to make 1 user see all the orders
