Hello, I would like to create a hierarchical section in my training manual with this plugin meaning having a parent page with child pages that you normally would do with WP’s “page attributes” found on the sidebar. But with the plugin, it doesn’t show up when adding articles so I’m wondering if this is possible to do.

For example, one of my sections is entired, “Technical How-to’s” (this would be my parent page). The child pages could be: “Creating a new email account”, “Troubleshooting a WP Plugin”, “Editing web forms, etc.”

Is it possible to create parent/child pages with the plugin? If so, how? If not, is there a workaround option?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Thanks?for?reaching?out!?While?our?knowledge?base?plugin?doesn’t?use?WordPress’s?built in?“Page?Attributes”?feature?for?parent/child?pages,?you?can?still?create?a?hierarchical?structure?for?your?training?manual.?Instead?of?pages,?we?use?categories?and?sub-categories?to?organize?content.

    To?create?your?“Technical?How-to’s”?section,?make?that?a?main?category,?then?create?sub-categories?for?each?how-to?topic?(e.g.,?“Creating?a?new?email?account”).?Assign?your?articles?to?the?appropriate?sub-category.?You?can?create?up?to?five?levels?of?hierarchy.

@echoplugins Hi Dave, thank you for such a quick response! I thought that might be an option and so I will go with the category/subcategories. Thanks again!
