Can I customize “Support” deafult name?

    Hi,

    I would like to change the opning deafult chat title “Support”. I already tried to change it in Settings>Default agent’s name: but it doesn′t change.

    Hi @henty ,
    thank you for your feedback , there is an issue and Default agent’s name gets applied only when Show agent’s name is disabled. We will include a fix for that in one of our upcoming releases.

    Is there any way to change it in plugin’s code manualy meanwhile?
    Is yes, where?

    unfortunately it is not possible to fix that with a simple code patch on plugin’s source code.
