Can I define a custom image/thumbnail to take for a blog “card” in blog listing?

Hi all,
I use featured images for some blog posts that consist of a simple background and an inner smaller image shifted to the left.That works perfectly for the blog post page where the image is full-width at the top of the page. But when Hestia uses the featured image for a blog post “card” (on blog listing page or in the “Blog” section of the home page) it crops the image automatically, taking only its central part.

So, I was wondering if there is any way to define custom Hestia blog “card” image, just like I define custom image thumbnail in WordPress, for particular posts, where the default centering-and-cropping way does not work?
