Can I delete the King Composer plugin?

Hello, I am creating a site with the HOWELLO theme that has the King Composer plugin to edit the theme.
My question is this: If I delete King Composer and active Gutenberg, (or any other free plugin) to edit the theme, will I lose everything I already edit with King Composer?
King Composer already finished the test time, so I must pay to continue editing with him.
WordPress has Gutenberg, I have not used it, but I’m new to WordPress.
What do you recommend, continue with King Composer or can I use Gutenberg without losing the configuration I already have of my site?
