You did not provide any url example.

Well, if it is your application then you should know how it accesses your website.

Ususally this is a url parameter or url pattern.
Both can be used to disable (blacklist) ads:

Find anything that identifies access to your website from the app.

yes its my application but i didnt make it someone made it for me. We dont know what we can write black and white lists for do not show ads on mobil web view app.

Then I would suggest to contact that person to explain how the app accesses your website (what urls it accesses and how).

Basically you need to know how to distinguish the access from the app from other accesses with a browsers (desktop, tablet, phone).
Once you have this information we can help you to configure the plugin to blacklist blocks (ads) from app.

We added header value when making curl connection to webview app

we added web_app = true
