Can I disable the live chat for mobile users?

    I want desktop users to see this, but I don’t see an option in the free version to prevent mobile users from seeing the live chat.

    Hi,

    Please go to ‘display options’ on the setting page and choose ‘minimum screen size – tablet’.

    Ah I see. Thanks for the help! Saw that before but “minimum screen size” wasn’t an intuitive instruction for me. Might want to rephrase to something more specific.

    Something like “Minimum screen size live chat will display on” but shorter

    “Min screen size needed to display live chat”

    Will let you know if I think of anything better haha.

    You could always keep the title the same but put a tooltip next to it.

    That is a good idea. If more people experience problems with this display option we will consider adding it.
