Can I display 10 top subcategories?

    Hi Fabio

    can I use this plugin to show 10 top subcategories on category page?

    In general – using a shortcode, on category named ‘Sport cars’ if I could post shortcode that will show top 10 categories for sport cars by the number of posts, for the example ‘Porsche, Ferrari, etc’, if this were the categories with the most posts under main/mother category ‘sport cars’.

    I hope my question is clear, sorry if that is something very far from what this plugin actually do, but looked to me as I may be able to achieve this?

    Hi Dean,

    I am afraid it will not achieve that. You can limit the number of posts to show to the “x” most recent posts, but the plugin does not track the “ranking” of categories vs number of posts.

    But if you know which category is in the top 10 list, you can instruct the plugin to show only those (by excluding the others through the settings page)
