Can I do this with an RSS Feed Link?

    I am using a WordPress Template that includes RSS Feed links for visitors to use.

    I would like to add an RSS Feed link for a specific post category only. In other words, that specific feed will not ‘activate’ an update unless a post is made in a specific category.

    Is that possible? If so, how? Thank you!
