Can I edit a filter category to link to a page?

    I have created this product category filter.

    How can I make it so that when ‘Wooden Puzzles’ is clicked (highlighted in the image) it opens a WordPress page of my choice?

    Basically, I want it to that when ‘Wooden Puzzle’ is clicked it goes to a separate page I have already made that lists all the wooden puzzle products.
