Can I enlarge/resize the header/banner/section one perimeter?

  • My banner/section one isn’t quit as large as I’d like it to be. It cuts off the picture by about half, but I don’t want to make the picture smaller; I want to increase the perimeters of the section. Can I go into custom CSS to do this? Thank you!
