Can I expand sub-menus when expanding the top-level menu

  • Is there a way to have my entire menu tree automatically expand when one expands the top-level menu? I’m using a child-theme of the free Responsive theme version 1.9.6.3.

    Users are not “getting” that there are sub-menus under some of the top-level menus. Any change needs to be cell-phone compatible. The website can be viewed at https://americansailinginstitute.org/
