Can I "fake" custom fields?

I have a DB full of member information that I use on my WP-as-MS site.

I also have a wordpress Google map plugin that can take data from a custom field and automatically generate maps from the page or post’s custom field data.

What I would like to do is somehow trick the map plugin to view my member DB info as custom fields so it will make maps from the data. Something like as it generates the member list for the page, it is populating these bogus custom fields for the map plugin to pull from.

Any possibility of doing this?
