• sorry. but ever since i started using F8 Static i have been endlessly frustrated by not getting a center justification for my images or a PARAGRAPH BREAK when i am in the WP UI.

i have tried this with endless frustration and variants and find i am back to square one with this. i am on 3.4. normally i try and get this to happen in the visual tab (since this lets me actually see it) but more often than not i am flapping wildly around in the HTML tab trying to get this to actually work.

at one point someone gave me a snippet of code that i was supposed to enter into the HTML tab and i think that worked for a period of time.

can anyone remind me of what this snippet of code may have been (i tried the two above to no avail) and/or even better can someone confirm that WP is indeed buggy in this respect and that this is not something i should sit down and troubleshoot further on my end in some way?

    thanks!

Sorry, that theme is not supported by www.ads-software.com forums because it is not distributed on www.ads-software.com.

ok. thanks very much for the reminder about not copying text from word. this is what i was doing…

on this one, is it possible to get some help though? i just let my membership lapse on the other site because i had to get a new credit card due to fraud on it and it is going to take me some time to get set up again on this site (if i decide to).

also, since i am going through the normal WP UI and this is not working perhaps some others can confirm that it does not work for them either on other themes on .org or that in fact it does work for them on other themes on .org?

i mean, this alone would be a great help…to know if it is a F8 problem or a WP issue or a user error issue…

If you are copying from Word, that’s very likely the problem.

If there is a further problem, you need to deactivate all your plug-ins and switch to the twentyeleven theme to see if it persists. IF not, activate the plug-ins one by one — to find which one might be causing the problem. If none do, then it’s your theme.

And sorry, but we can’t help with commercial themes — partly because we don’t have access to them and partly because that’s how theme developers make a living.
