    I currently use another authorize.net plug in but need to switch to yours because it is compatible with a subscription plugin that I have installed. I set up the plug in with all of the required ID and keys but when I tested it I got “User authorization failed due to invalid authorization code'” message. I checked all of my numbers and everything was correct. I even requested a new transaction key (I have a feeling that doing all of this has now messed up my other plugin because authorize.net stated the previous info will be deleted in 24 hours – so I am desperate to get this up and running), I don’t know what could be wrong, please can someone help me ASAP?

    I looked on the checkout page of the site and it seems our plugin is not enabled there. Can you please check the installation instructions on the link below and see if you have followed all of them?

    I had to disable it because I could not get authorize.net to allow charges to work in the test mode. Kept saying “User authorization failed due to invalid authorization code’”. I could not leave it enabled as that would have just confused the customers. Please reread my first post as that should explain the issue. Is there any direct assistance with this plug in and connecting to authorixe.net. I am sure I put in all of the correct info.

    Do you have a separate sandbox account for testing purposes? The test mode will not work with your live account credentials.

    Yes and I set it up in sandbox mode and used the log in ID and code from my sandbox email. I still get “)”User authentication failed due to invalid authorization values.” I will pay for help to get this done. Please can I get some help from the developer. I know this plugin will work with my subscription plug in – but I need to get it functioning before that can happen. I am totally blocked at this point. Please how can I get assistance setting this up?

    I can take a look if your site is out of maintenance with our plugin enabled.

    Also there should be a support form on Authorize.Net -> Contact Us page in your WP dashboard which you can use for a quicker support turnaround.

    Ok. Can you please give it a look – plug in enabled – thanks for letting me know maintenance was still on!

    Will see if I can find the support link but for now keeping it here to avoid confusion.

    Can you please turn off sandbox mode from the plugin settings page and let me know?

    Also filling the support form on Authorize.Net -> Contact Us page in your WP dashboard will log this in our ticketing system, so please do that too.
