    For images to work with my mailchimp email properly I need the images to appear in <media:content> is there anyway to edit this within the plugin?

    Yes, you will need the Premium upgrade to use the media tag option.
    The free version prepends the image to the RSS <description>, so it’s a part of the RSSITEM:CONTENT or CONTENT_FULL merge tag. Premium provides the Media Tag option, which adds the media field to the RSS feed.
    Because these types of advanced options generate a lot of support and customization requests, we offer them with the premium license to be able to provide support, CSS coding, and implementation help as needed.
