can I give less for customer support?

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I currently have three or four tickets including a please refund my money now ticket working with absolutely no response in the last two weeks. I too thought this plugin looked awesome and immediately upgraded from the free to plus plan. Buttons do not work as described and the support is terrible. STAY AWAY!
