• I’m working on a cell phone charger website and am using your YMM plugin. I love it! One question for you: I’d like the have the option to ask a user to select their phone model upon entering a product page (maybe in a modal box), and then return a message to let them know if it’s compatible or not.

I wouldn’t want this to appear every time someone visits a product page. Rather, I’d need some way to trigger it. Maybe I could pass a parm in the URL to trigger the modal box. Is this possible?

Also, I might need a more complex customization to this site. Do you do custom work (paid of course)?

    Hello,

I have a modification to display the YMM Search box on the product page.
So customer can select a model and check if the current product is applicable or not.
But it does not have a modal box.

If you want to try it contact me by email [email protected] so I can send you the modified files.

I have the YMM search box working on the product pages. Thank you! I also got the notes modification working as well. I’m wondering if it’s possible to display the note field on the product page wherever I want. I’d like to use it in a message to the user after they search. Is it possible to access that notes field and use it on the front end?

Can you tell the full name of the “notes” modification?

Yes, it’s called “Add notes to applicable vehicles” and is on the “Other YMM modifications” page.
