Can I install many WordPress multisites on many subdirectory

Hello All,

I want to know if I could install many multi wordpress sites in subdirectories

I know I am not clear but with this example I think it will be

So I have a domain (domain.com)
I want to install each language in a folder (en , fr , etc ..)
and each language will be MU and has its own child site

domain.com/en/
domain.com/en/childsite1
domain.com/en/childsite2
domain.com/fr/
domain.com/fr/childsite1
domain.com/fr/childsite2

etc..

Can I do that with one MU using some plugins? Please name the plugin
or will it be a good way of domain that? What is the best practice?
