Can I let it look like a contact form?

    My first use case is building a simple contact form .. Can I let a survey look like a contact form?

    Or is it alwys showing up block by block.

    I want it to look like the form here .. https://www.fdf-dach.de/kontakt/kontaktformular/ .. just a couple of fields, with name and email.

    Is there such a styling possibility?

    You can head to the Surveys > particular survey > Styles tab and check the Themes the plugin offers to choose the one that fits your requirements best.
