Can I Make Background Image Clickable

Hello,

I’ve added a background image and spent a lot of time trying v v hard to make it clickable, can anyone advise if this is possible and any tips for doing so? I know the background image isn’t great, waiting on a higher-res image, then I’ll adjust but I just need to try and get the link working. Any help would be much appreciated.
