can I make Banner text responsive?

Currently the text for the banner, I guess it’s called CAPTIONS in the theme, does not change size in response to screen changing.

I’ve fiddled a lot with builder-banner-content code, but it does not seem to affect the text. Also, the text breaks on the space between letters not the space between words. If I were able to make the text responsive in the banners, this would clear up my word break issue too.

Any direction you can point me in is greatly appreciated.
