Can I make certain days or weeks unavailable without creating a new Connection?

We have 3 Connections for the same worker since he can supervise up to 3 ppl at once.
What we do now for days he can’t work is add 3 new Connections to the same worker and switch the availibility to no which works for now, but is kind annoying when it comes to weeks. Is there a way to do this without adding new connections?
