I might have missed this in the documentation…

Is it possible to make the value of a cell a hyperlink?

    Thanks in advance!!

    Hi,

thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

This is no problem. Just use the “Insert Link” button below the table input fields on the table’s “Edit” screen to insert a link. A dialog will open that asks for the desired link target URL and the link text. It will then create the necessary HTML code for you.

    Regards,
    Tobias

Thank you Tobias for such a quick reply!

I’ve got TablePress working… and LOVE everything you can do with it!

I wasn’t able to get the CSS customization to work, so I “hard coded” the HTML in each cell that I wanted to update.

I would have liked to have made the alternate rows slightly darker, but as I said, I couldn’t get the CSS customization to work.

The page where I am using TablePress: https://www.thechinesequest.com/best-chinese-food-long-island/

Thanks again for such an awesome plugin and support!!

    Hi,

did you try adding the code example from the FAQ to the “Custom CSS”? Did you try flusing the CSS minification cache that you are using (via a caching plugin)?

    Regards,
    Tobias
