Can I migrate from localhost to a domain which already has wordpress installed?

    So I have a domain (espaiginart.com with Hostgator). In a localhost, I have developed another website. What I want is to migrate this localhost site to the espaiginart.com domain and overwrite it. Is it possible? After that, would I be able to modifiy the new website with wordpress as I have been doing so far?
