    Hi, it is not related to Advanced Page Manager. The URL structure for pages are done by WordPress itself. To my knowledge, there is no prefix for pages (as you have for taxonomies). Page URL follow the path to the displayed page.

    e.g.
    Page A
    – Page B
    — Page C

    will have the following URL : page-a/page-b/page-c

    Page with no path are the root pages (aka first level pages).
