Can i not send a Passwort to a user?

i have a short question… it is not possible to send a new user his password? in the Account Approval Message is: Password: (hidden) …
But how can a new User login when he dosen’t have no Password? When i create a new user in wordpress this password will be not send. The user became an email from plugin: Pending Welcome Message.

But what is now? When in Account Approval Message the Password is hidden… how can a new user login…. understand it, sorry or i do something wrong.

it’s possible to set: Password: (Show) … or a shortcode?
