Can I only bulk update image alt text ONLY ?

    I want to update my image alt text ONLY, no image want to update

    But if I select custom field to update, no imagealttext this field can select

    like capture as below (I type this field, but nothing work)

    Is still possible to update image alt text ONLY ?
