Can I place an instance of the sidebar.php onto a regular PHP page?

I’m currently developing a small site for a client and I’m using WP for everything to save time and costs but I was wondering….I’d like to make some PHP pages that display static content in the content div and then the only dynamic stuff from WordPress I’d like to incorporate is the sidebar.php content. Nothing else. For example, an About Us page on the would be about.php on the root server. So not being much of a programmer by any stretch, how do I accomplish this?
