Can I redirect to linked 'clicked' with this plugin

I run a large membership site with a lot of emails going out.
I am trying to redirect members to the page they clicked up upon login. I was wondering if your plugin lets me achieve this? I have been searching for this functionality but I must using the wrong keywords in google!Thanks a mil,
