Is it possible to register multiple users to a single membership plan. Say for eg. I have a plan named ‘Team’ and I want to provide an ability to main account holder to add upto 10 members in a Team Plan. So basically 1 user will register to a plan, and than he can add upto 10 members to that plan. The 10 members which are added will not be charged and they will not be able to edit/update Membership details.
Is it possible to do this using Pro Membership plugin?

    Hi @pratik028,

Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro.

You are able to use the Sponsored/Group members add-on should be able to do what you’re asking – https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/add-ons/plus-add-ons/pmpro-sponsored-members/

I hope this helps – please let me know if you have any further questions.

    Hi @andrewza,
Thanks for your suggestion. Sponsored/Group members add-on adds Seats in Users(Members) but I want an option to add seats in Membership plans. Is there any add-on for this?

We are currently working on our Multiple Memberships Per User for PMPro and should be released in the near future.

Here is documentation for the work-around –https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/multiple-membership-levels-per-user-pmpro-workarounds/

    Hi @andrewza,
I don’t want to add multiple membership plan per user. What i want is : say for eg I have a plan named Team and users ‘User1’ & ‘User2’. So when User1 and User2 are subscribed to Team plan they can add upto 10 sub-users each. Basically anyone who registers to Team plan can add upto 10 sub-users to there plan.

Thanks for the clarification. The Group memberships add-on I initially recommended will work as you need.

The add-on allows for a parent-child type of membership for users.

So instead of creating a team membership, the company will sign up with the parent account for a particular membership (in this case ‘team’) and then give it’s employees a seat to the same membership for free or you can charge $X per seat to the parent account.

Alternatively you may use the invite code add-on which creates X amount of invite codes once a user signs up for a membership level – https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/add-ons/plus-add-ons/pmpro-invite-only-membership/

    I hope this makes sense.

    Hi @andrewza,
Problem with Group memberships add-on is that we will have to manually visit every user with Team plan and add a Number of seats in there profile. I was thinking of more dynamic solution. Any user who selects Team plan will get 10 seats allocated to them. So instead of having number of seats option in users profile, I want it in Membership plan.

You may require customizations on the existing plugin.

Have a great day further! ??
