Can I replace post title with an image?

Is there a plugin out there that would install another field when I write a post that would allow me to use a graphic for my title instead of text? I wouldn’t use this very often, but every so often I would like to have a graphic title for a page or post that I am not to worried about for search engine stuff. Or as another option, is there a way to not display a title in a post and just use a graphic in the body of the post instead. I know how to include the image in the body of the post, just not how to turn off the title where there wouldn’t be blank space with some empty header tags.

Thanks for the help. I couldn’t find much in the forums, most of the posts were about changing the header graphic and not the post title.
